Dear colleagues,

We in the Columbia University Libraries are interested in learning about 
any initiatives that your libraries are engaged in with your university's 
course management system.  We would greatly appreciate it if you would take 
a few moments to complete this brief survey.  Thank you in advance for your 
time and assistance.

1.)  Does your university use a course management system?  If yes, which 
one?


2.)  Does your library provide electronic reserves?


3.)  If you do offer electronic reserves where do you provide access?
