More importantly, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone 
on these lists who provided me with information and anecdotes about 
their experience managing students in their library departments.  This 
information was incredibly valuable as I was writing the book last 
year.

if this book falls outside of its scope, you are welcome to place an 
ILL for it here at Bobst (ZYU), although we have not yet received our 
copy.
