Trevor,

We are in the process of changing the replacement fee structure(see
below). The language is not final but he change will be in effect during
the summer.

"A minimum fee of $100 will be charged for a lost library item, in
addition to any related overdue fines. If the costs to replace the item
exceed $100, individuals will be charged the actual replacement costs,
in addition to any related overdue fines."

Another change is the threshold for blocking a patrons account.

"Replacement fees and/or overdue fines equal to or greater than $100
will result in the suspension of borrowing privileges for all
individuals and a stop being placed on a student’s registration record.
Suspensions on borrowing privileges and registration blocks will only be
removed once the fees and fines have been paid in full."
