[Access-ip] Replacement Fee question

Trevor,

At Penn, there is an across the board billing fee of $10, and a maximum overdue
fine of $5.  To that is added the charge(s) listed below, or the patron may
submit a suitable replacement, and pay a $25 processing fee:

Main and Communications libraries $85
Museum Library: $120
Fine Arts, Engineering, Center for Advanced Judaic Studies: $100
Dental, Biomed, Vet, Chemistry: $110
