[Access-ip] student recruitment web page, Widener Stacks

Out of the discussion about student training and recruitment at the last 
week's IVY+ Conference at Rutgers, some people suggested I publish our 
recruitment web page on this list. Last spring, the Communications 
Office of Harvard College Library designed a web page with movies of 
student interviews highlighting the eight primary jobs in the Stacks 
Division of Widener Library. We've used it to recruit students as well 
as to present generally some of our basic tasks, from a student's point 
of view. Here's a link to it. You'll need Flash plugin installed in your 
browser to view the actual movies but it's fully viewable without.
