Could you please send  a list of the professionals in AS in your 
institution.

For example, at Stanford:

Unicorn Analyst (Associate Librarian, 50%), no direct reports
Patron Access (Assistant Librarian, 100%), oversight for Privileges and 
Scanning Operations
SAL3 (Professional, not a librarian, 100%), oversight for high-density 
storage facility
Assistant Head (Assistant Librarian, 50%), oversight for Loan and Course 
Reserves
Head (Senior Librarian, 100%) oversight for all of the above, plus 
Stacks and SAL1&2
