[Access-ip] Privileges for High School Students

We offer access-only privileges to high school students. Some branch
libraries don't require a pass, so access would be unlimited to those
libraries. Otherwise, access is limited to seven days in a twelve-month
period. They do not have to be used consecutively.

In general, borrowing privileges are not available to high school
students; only those who are children of faculty or staff are eligible.

Interlibrary services are not available. Orientations with reference
librarians may be arranged by special permission.
