[Access-ip] Deliberate mishelving of books?

Hi Bart,

Have you completely ruled out an unenthusiastic or unhappy student
shelver? On a few occasions throughout the years, I've detected
"dumping" in the stacks. Books that were slated to be shelved got put
in unlikely places. These cases were solved by tracking who was
shelving what. And all it takes is one person to introduce a little chaos.

If instead it's a hoarder who is setting up shop with their own
classification scheme and sundry ways of operating, you can try bringing
these books down to a sorting area behind your circulation desk and see
who shows up to inquire about them.
