[Access-ip] Training, Maintaining and Retaining Library Staff

Greetings all,

I am part of a group currently working on a LAMA program for ALA Annual 
and am looking for examples of excellence in methods for Training, 
Maintaining and Retaining Library Staff.  If you or anyone you know is 
using technology, an interesting promotion structure, team work, or any 
other methods for TMR, please send me your name!  We are looking for 
both public and academic library examples.

This includes the gamut from paraprofessional staff to hourly employees 
(students, volunteers).  I am expecting to see camtasia or second life 
examples (I hope), team participation, 360 degree feedback on 
performance . . . what creative things are being applied????
