[Access-ip] Media equipment booking systems

Hello,

I will be looking into media equipment booking systems for various media equipment (laptops, microphones, digital camera) that we will be circulating to staff.  Ideally, I want to have an online reservation system that enables staff to see what equipment is available when, and then place a reservation on what they want.

I have no experience with this kind of system.  Is anyone currently using something like this that they would recommend?
