Please, can any one share a good lesson plan that will address developing lesson plans in tandem with ISBE Standards and technology for the library. I have 30 classes per week. I have a rubric and lesson plans that align with my weekly lesson plans per class per day. I am incorporating using lab top computers as we have 13 lap tops and 2 desk tops and two printers. The goals are to change the way students and faculty to view Library and see it as a Library Information Media Center to support classroom curriculums and how to do research.

There must be a much similar way to develop rubrics and lesson plans per grade level that can be incorporated into a daily/weekly lesson plan schedule. I see over 700 kids per week. .

Your suggestions are welcomed. I have lesson plans and a rubric but I am looking for a better approach and new creative ideas. The students have really begun to take hold to using data and Power Point. We will be teaching how to do research on class room subjects: Native Americans, Ancient Greece, American Literature. Biographies and Auto biographies, etc. We are building via the Striving Readers Program ways to collaborate with teachers to support their lesson Plans.

This semester they have to complete a word Perfect, Power Point and Publisher projects that are saved on Flash drives per team/group. This will also support the teachers lessons plans for grades 4-8.

Please Advise
