     Scholastic.com has them. Dan Dunham or any of the CPS strategic source vendor Scholastic reps can help you find them on the website. There's a version of Very Hungry Caterpillar that comes with an adorable stuffed caterpillar that fits perfectly through the holes on the page. I got one with the caterpillar from Amazon.com. Eric Carle also has an amazing website.
