[CPSLibraries] Chgo Pub Schools Dept of Libraries - Second Life Sim Opening 3/17/08

Dear Librarians -

 

Celebrate Spring Break virtually!!  The Chicago Public Schools Dept of
Libraries is opening our new island in Second Life with a St. Patrick's
Day bash on Monday, March 17th.  Dance to the sound of the Blues at our
new Sepia's Blues Lounge.  Dine on an Irish feast and drink (virtual)
green beer or Irish coffee.  Visit our new Professional Library.
Explore our Lake Michigan lakefront and see us color the Chicago River
green.  

 

Attend an overview presentation at 7:00 pm to learn about the
professional purposes of our project.  The party begins at 7:30 pm.
