[CPSLibraries] Digest fix tests

Dear list members,

Some of you have reported being unable to read messages 
delivered din digest format.  The list administrator here at 
the University of Chicago had been looking into the issue 
and has been able to make some changes in the way the digest 
is formated.  Please let me know if these changes have 
either fixed the problem.
