Dear Librarians:

UPDATE: We still have some openings for the National Louis University
technology program announced last month. We have extended the
application deadline to Friday, May 23. Consider this program if you
would like to upgrade your technology skills. Here is the original
announcement with a link to the program website:

The CPS Department of Libraries & Information Services is pleased to
announce a special opportunity that is available to CPS
teacher-librarians. In a partnership with National-Louis University, we
are launching a year-long graduate level continuing education program -
"Continuing Professional Studies: Technology Leaders for Chicago Public
Schools". This program is designed to provide instruction to enable
CPS librarians to reach advanced technology skills levels. Through the
department, we have arranged a 25% tuition discount for CPS librarians.

Thanks,

Lisa E. Perez
