I'm also interested in getting our students ready for high school. You said that there are test prep books available. Do you know where we would get those? Also, what is the Freshman Connection?

Sorry, I'm a newb at this highschool stuff!

Hi Ms. Wetzel,
Am I correct the student is going from 7th to 8th. If the student has access
to Study Island, I suggest using that site throughout the summer. Test prep
books are available. You can purchase the one for the Catholic School
entrance exam, which should help for all of the exams. Of course, students
going from 8th to 9th can participate in the Freshman Connection.
If I think or learn of anything else, I will pass it along to you.

Just in case someone is reading... Do you know of any test prep classes or
websites a budding eighth grader can take to prepare for one of our great
high schools? Thanks for reading and enjoy your summer.
