In my experience you can use the free access to copy and paste fields, but not export and import marc records. Maybe someone has had different experiences...

Hi,
Access to World Cat is "free" through the CPS Databases. On the right hand list of resources on CPS Library home page, click OCLC and use the following User name:100-111-270 (with the dashes) and Password: bxxd.puxx (with the period). Click on the List of Databases on that homepage and click WorldCat.
