[CPSLibraries] Sad News - J/S Educational Concepts

Dear Librarians:

 

Some of you have worked with Richard and Jill Simons, of J/S Educational
Concepts, over the years.  Sadly, I must report that Scott Simons, the
41 year-old son of Richard and Jill, passed away several weeks ago.  We
only recently heard of his passing and the services were last week.

 

If you would like to send condolence cards to Richard and Jill, you may
mail them to 1732 Lancaster Way, Northbrook, Illinois  60062.  If you
would like to make donations in Scott's name, the family has asked that
you send them to the City of Hope, 20 N. Wacker Dr, Suite 1530, Chicago,
IL  60606.  Please identify that this is in memory of Scott Simons.
