[CPSLibraries] Book Fair Advice

Having teachers make class wish list is a great incentive for teachers but
doing it the way Scholastic suggests is a pain! Parents who come will buy
books for teachers if it's easy.

I have always made a teacher/classroom wish list sheet. Then attach it to
paper bags which I place on the tops on the book fair shelves. (I will
attach the forms that I use.)

Parents look for teacher's names, find books, purchase them, cross them off
the list and drop them in the bag for that teacher. When the book fair is
over, I staple the bags closed and have students drop them off for teachers!

( If a book is not bought for a teacher, I make sure that they get at least
one book. :-) )

Hello!

I will be helping to run a book fair and I have not done this before. I was
wondering if anyone had tricks or ideas for me. Thanks!
